Head IT Sales Positions with a leading IT Company.

CRM (Sales-force) division.

Required Qualification

- Relevant Work Experience of 8 - 10 years (Sales and Marketing)

- Education background B.E/B. Tech & MBA

Required Skills

- Excellent selling and negotiation skills

- Self-Driven and proactive

- Excellent communication skills

- High confidence and assertiveness skills

- Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Required Experience

- Hands on Sales experience preferably in international markets for Software Services

- Must bring solid sales skills – opportunity creation, negotiation and closure, objection handling, etc. and familiarity in managing Sales funnel and pipeline.

- Must have a track record of winning new logos for the business.

- In recent years should have some managerial experience in terms of leading a small team – if not should demonstrate leadership qualities

- Must have high levels of integrity and should be the kind of sales person who build trust based relationships with prospects and customers

- Must have the stature and confidence to interact directly with CXO’s of medium to large enterprises and build trust and confidence with them.

- Should be knowledgeably about the products and services he or she sells and be able to sell value to clients.

- Should be able to own deliverables and commitments and need minimal supervision

Job Description

- Responsibility for meeting sales targets in the defined market and business segments – this would include international and domestic business.

- Key responsibility to win new logos for the business

- Responsibility for managing a sales team (3-4 members) and ensuring performance of the sales team in their respective areas of focus

- Taking ownership for entire sales lifecycle – from Leads to Closure

- Coordinate with marketing resources / persons to handle marketing activities

- Help define and take responsibility for executing Sales strategies for the practice

- Work with marketing for campaigns, events and collaterals to support sales activities and plans

Note:

- This position will report to the President of the Business Unit

- Candidate should be willing to travel extensively

CTC Offered : 15 -18 lacs pa
