Key Responsibilities:

- Defining a long term IT strategy for the organization based on the business long-term and short term roadmap.

- Introduce transparency in the project process to give a greater visibility to key stakeholders

- Manage End-to-End program delivery across a multi-brand, multi-format footprint.

- Introduce guidelines to capture all aspects of Project Management.

- Prioritization of projects/initiatives based on business impact, resource availability.

- Define project management processes and procedures for smooth execution and management

- Conduct project status reviews and publish reports

- Focus on automating business processes, enhance decision making, reduce operational costs and improve business productivity with a mix of new technology implementations and upgrades

Point of Sales System:

- Ensures Networks, workstations, operating systems, software applications, IT hardware.

- Set-up Control Centres and redefine Processes

- IT Budget and Expenditure Management.

- Set-up special cross functional team to execute the program across all group formats

- Change Management across all levels of the group

- Product localization

- Training program roll-out for thousands of employees with a Pan India footprint

- Pan India roll-out across

- Implementation of Parallel Development and Integration projects
