Job Description :  The candidate will be part of the core management team and will assess the QA processes across projects, capture information on automation initiatives/activities, make assessment of code/qa coverage and strategize with the clients on how to bring in more efficiencies in the QA process. The individual will be responsible for execution of the strategy and will be directly responsible for the outcome.   Must be able to support and drive automation (functional and non-functional), must have exposure with various types of SDLC (Waterfall, Scrum, TDD/BDD) with the various toolset used for framework and script development.  He/she will own and manage the QA Projects/Programs delivery, QA frameworks, standards, processes & tools. In addition, support tools Interface with various stakeholders to incorporate changes/feedback and participate in status/review conference calls as required to collaborate with onshore & other members of the QA and development teams  Skillset :  - Should have managed onsite/offshore delivery of Testing projects.   - Experience in Consulting, Estimation, Planning, Risk mitigation, Solution development and Implementation for Testing Projects   - Should have good customer and stakeholders management skills   - Experience in setting up CoEs and best practices developments   - In depth knowledge in Project Metrics/Dashboards   - People management, Program management, strategic planning and execution.   - Excellent verbal and written skills communication and articulation skills  - Strong functional knowledge of all QA processes and tools  - 7+ years of experience in writing test plan, strategy and test cases from business/IT requirements.   - Proven knowledge on various software development model, various phases of SDLC, project and QA life cycle, and testing methodologies.   - Strong analytical, profiling and troubleshooting skills   - Well diversified with testing platforms and automation. Solid experience on HP Test Suite (Quality Center), Quick TestPro and/or LoadRunner) along with TestComplete, Selenium, etc.   - Exposure with various agile models and QA framework and supporting automation tools with continuous integration tools
