Position: Head - Large format retail sales
- Responsible for managing end to end relationship and sales with large format retailers nationally to integrate our product offering with their stores.
- Creates a detailed business plan based on corporate strategy and in-market analysis for the final go-to-market plan.
- Account management; identify business opportunities, achieve assigned financial/non-financial goals, and identify opportunities to increase ‘wallet share’ with the assigned accounts.
- Understand assigned clients and business partner’s business requirements; apply knowledge of Zopper products and/or solutions to help clients and business partners.
- Carries out a wide range of targeted programs and represents Zopper in all appropriate activities of promotion and build up
- Works with the internal technology team to ensure clients goals and satisfaction are met.
- Acts as initial point of escalation but engages technical resources where needed.
- Executes and educates large format retail community on programs and influences the adoption of Zopper solutions.
- Drive programs at the large format retail to drive adoption of Zopper products by end users.
- Represent the company in all industry forums around large format retail.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Qualifications Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Should have a minimum 8-12 years of Sales and Managerial Experience with excellent track record in a similar business selling technology products, software, and software as a service to large format retail chains.
- Uses knowledge of technology, products and customer requirements to assess business value of solution.
- Preferable to have experience on working in a startup.
- Ability to operate effectively in a cross functional management team with remote supervision.
- Good market knowledge and connectivity especially with the large format retail players.
- Ability to influence others to achieve results.
- Ability to manage in a matrix environment

- Have Discipline, ability to take end to end ownership and diligence for the tasks assigned.
