IT Procurement Head

Bank is looking for IT procurement professional to join their procurement function for setting up and expansion plans for the Bank.

- The individual will work closely with Technology team and other functions to understand their requirement and provide relevant solution.

- This person will also work closely with Projects team and lead negotiations for all capex requirements.

- Develops and manages the policies, processes and supplier base keeping in focus the Bank requirements.

- Develop a long term strategy and brings agility to end to end requirement without compromising on compliances.

As the IT procurement lead for the bank, you shall be responsible for:

- Preparation of IT road map

- Evaluate and Develop supplier list keeping in view their financials, quality and deliverables.

- Should be able to challenge the processes and recommend efficiency / productivity improvement

- Would be responsible for preparation of all RFPs/RFIs/RFQs and leading the same in close collaboration with respective users.

- Would be responsible for all negotiations related to Hardware, Software, Telecom, AMC's, Consumables, Technical services, Infra & Applications hence strong business acumen is essential.

- Would be responsible for maintaining the MIS related to budget, POs and deliver schedules

- Present executive summary to Sr. Director

- Ensure all controls are in place for all the RFPs/RFIs/RFQs in an auditable manner.
