Position : Head - IT Outsourcing ( Infrastructure)  Location : Bangalore  Client : Leading Telecom MNC  Job Description :  - Develop the division's strategic direction and objectives to staff. Translate the strategy into specific deliverables for the unit.  - ITO strategy, plans, policies, projects and service levels.   - Continuously review the unit's activities, make recommendations for improvement and implement approved initiatives to ensure enhanced performance of the team.  - Oversee the implementation of the ITO division's policies and procedures and ensure the overall efficiency of the team's service delivery  - Translate the ITO division's business plan into specific deliverables to server platforms including OS, Storage, Backup, Database, Middleware and Network  - Build and develop the ongoing service relationship with the customer and the Onshore Delivery teams and bridge it with GOC Operation team  - Drive the development and agreement of detailed SLA's and associated OLAs for service delivered from GOC  Desired Profile:  - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent work experience  - 10+ years- experience from Managed Service, Support Services, Operations, Consulting or Project Management within the IT industry  - Expertise in one or more areas of IT domains: Data Center, Servers Database, Storage, Applications, etc.  - Experience of IT outsourcing, IT infrastructure solutions, Transition, Maintenance, system optimization and performance improvement, etc.  - Experience running/participating 24/7 operations overseeing sites with constant high traffic  If you are interested, kindly forward your Updated CV with the following details:  Reason for Change : Current Location : Current CTC :  Expected CTC : Yrs. of Exp : Notice Period : Appraisal Cycle   Rajeev Executive Search Consultant
