We are hiring for a leading client of ours in Gujarat for the role of a Head of IT to look after all the IT resources and will be the sole custodian and strategist for ERP across Business Units of the group.  The client is a leading name in the manufacturing of Pharmaceuticals, APIs etc. An Indian organisation with presence across India and several international markets  Looking for professionals with 15+ years experience in management, implementation, roll out and upgrade of Oracle ERP. The client has been on Oracle for a very long time and is currently using Oracle ERP on all modules - Purchase, Finance, SCM, HR, etc  Present version: Oracle 12i  Brief Role & Responsibilities:  - Position will report to the Group MD  - Will need to be in close co-ordination with all the Business Heads and executive team  - Should be an effective leader in terms of championing the IT department with the leadership  - Lead the entire IT efforts in terms of Oracle ERP, Hardware, Networking, Data Security etc  - Lead the organisation in the management, implementation (future implementations) across plants, branch offices etc of Oracle ERP  - Lead in the 3/5 year strategy and plan of the organisation's IT plan and execution of the same  - Technically strong   - Background in ITIL would be preferable  - Responsible for the development of reportees and team   - Good in communication: written and verbal  Since the position is based in Gujarat, help with relocation and stay would certainly extended  Upon the client's request, the position is confidential hence for any further information about the organisation, we would be happy to connect on Linkedin or over the phone  Please forward your updated resumes with your current CTC information   Ganesh Nair
