Head - IT Infrastructure

Key Accountabilities:

- In the interim, manage the transition of services (applications, infrastructure, info security) to steady state

- Oversee the transition management process of the ITO partner(s)

- Manage ITO partner(s) performance on the infrastructure tower through agreed SLAs and contractual terms

- Oversee development and maintenance of IT infrastructure services catalogue; identify new IT services to be added and provide inputs for designing the same

- Oversee development and revision of ITO contracts including technical, commercial and legal aspects

- Handle coordination of service delivery between multiple service partners and resolve conflicts among partners

- Define guiding principles for definition and revision of SLAs; review and approve SLAs proposed by Service Manager(s)

- Ensure performance of vendors and IT services is regularly tracked and reported. Review performance metrics and share feedback on improvement areas with vendors

- Manage overall technical coordination and negotiation between business stakeholders and IT Service Partner(s) for projects / service

- Supervise infra projects execution by IT Service Partners and constantly ensure alignment with scope, budget and quality
- Develop IT sourcing strategy to meet long term and short term IT sourcing requirements. Identify optimal approaches for sourcing in liaison with Commercials team

- Lead the technical and commercial negotiations for ITO contract and collaborate with Commercials team for technical negotiations for commoditized IT asset contracts

- Support Group CIO in development of IT master plan and budget by providing inputs on available capacity with IT Service Partner(s) and estimating budget requirements for ITO initiatives

- Manage the infrastructure portfolio at Adani and ensure lights-on of infra operations

- Oversee infrastructure service delivery by ITO partner(s)

- Provide insights into latest technology trends on infrastructure and work with Enterprise Architect to evaluate feasibility of adopting them for Adani IT architecture

- Coordinate with Head, Applications to ensure end-to-end SLAs are delivered
