Position - Head- IT (India)

Head- IT reports to CFO and dotted line reporting to CIO in India

Location- Gurgoan (Delhi)

CTC- Upto 30 lacs pa fixed + Variable in the range or 10-16 lacs pa

Job Description-

Strategic & Business Alignment

- Conceptualize strategic IT plan & Road map development aligned with business objectives and global guidelines for an Integrated Management Information and Knowledge System.

- Interface with management team & process owners for Business Process Analysis and map into IT roadmap.

- Conduct & guide Case / System / Process Study, Requirements Management.

- Evaluate delivery of promised value of system through clear metrics and IBU (in-business-use).

Sourcing Management

- Evaluate and partner with service providers-internal and external

- Ensure reliable and efficient delivery of services through sustainable and documented processes

- Ensure customer satisfaction and shorter turn-around-time, through metrics like SLAs, CSI etc.

Operational Management

- End-to-end project management from conceptualisation and visualisation to technology mapping, budgeting, resource & task scheduling and final execution of projects.

- Defining and ensuring compliant technology environment for business

- Define and monitor IT budgets in line with business plans and expectations

- Ensure engaged and motivated team through challenging opportunities, development programs (IDPs), periodic reviews & feedback, encouraging and open culture

- Govern and review IT projects in line with project scope and business expectations

- Empower employees to harvest existing data in systems through well defined information processes

Must to have - BE with MBA (System) with 10 + years of experience in IT.

Excellent People Management and communications Skills is must
