Head - IPR - FMCG/Consumer Industry

I am handling an assignment with leading consumer industry for the role of Intellectual property rights Head.

Minimum 10 Years experience with strong experience in intellectual property rights (IPR) are trademarks, copyright, patents, industrial design rights, and in some jurisdictions trade secrets.

Well versed with IP law. Strong in negotiation and legal matters.

Candidate should be from big conglomerates is preferred.

Post MBA minimum 10 Years exp.
