HEAD - IPO and Strategy - Ahmedabad

Our client is an emerging IT Company with a vision and mission to setup world class Computer Hardware Recycling plants.

They wish to come with an IPO in near Future for which they are looking for below profile.

Position : Head : IPO and Strategy

Experience : 12 to 20 Years

Compensation between 15 to 30 Lacs + Family Accomodation.

Location : Ahmedabad

Education: MBA / CA / CS / LLB / LLM

Role :

Corporate Governance & Compliances for the Group :

- Board meetings compliances

- Listing formalities for the securities with the stock exchanges

- Compliances with the Listing Clauses.

- Managed public issues and private placements

- Govt. Approvals for FD investment proposals(FEMA) and other proposals involving Government approvals

Capital Issue Management & Investors Relations:

- Interaction with investors, Merchant Bankers,RTA and other intermediaries including the Listing-Public,Pref,QIP issues etc.

- Pre and post issue formalities

- Co-ordination and net working with SEBI, ROC, Stock Exchange officials and authorities

Legal Matters

- Representing the Group in various legal matters.

- Preparing and filing of necessary Indemnity and Affidavit on behalf of the Group with other 3rd parties and competent authorities.

- Co-ordination, liasioning and net working with Solicitors regarding updating and amendments pertaining to Group business and update the Management as a part of MIS
