Client Details

Our client is an Indian multinational with a history of more than 30 years behind them & currently present across 50+ countries globally. With business growth in double digits, coupled with strong bottom-line since the last 5 plus years, our client is ready to make their debut on the National Stock Exchange. They are currently in the process of hiring for the Head of Investor Relations based out of their corporate office in Delhi.

Job Description

Reporting directly into the CFO, you will be responsible for:

- Responsible for establishing and driving the IR program in the company

- Creates presentations, press releases, and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors

- Meeting institutional investors, fund managers and participating in various investor conferences along with the CFO

- Monitors operational changes through ongoing contacts with company management, and develops investor relations messages based on these changes

- Preparing periodic performance scorecards for investors in collaboration with corporate finance and business teams

- Keeping IR materials updated - Manage and refresh investor FAQs and investor presentation on an ongoing basis

- Liaising with various research and broking firms to ensure continuous research coverage on Company's stock

- Evaluating, improving and maintaining positive relationships with shareholders and investors

- Assist in development, revision and monitoring of Company's short / medium / Long term business plans

- Preparation and revision of Company's budgets from time to time

- Financial and Business evaluation of various Operations related Initiatives

- Develop a financial model to track identified key competitors comprehensive financial performance and update it real-time

- Represents the views of the investor community to the management team in the development of corporate strategy

Profile

You are an MBA / CA with 10 - 18 years of experience in Finance / Investor Relations with at least 5 years of experience in driving the IR program for the company.

- Understands financial reports and financial market happenings to convey the same to external investors

- Strong analytical ability gained through looking at the numbers

- Strong presentation & communication skills to maintain the company's image

- Has proven track record of establishing and driving the investor relations program

- Problem solving & multitasking skills

- Superior interpersonal and negotiating skills
