Position: International Sales Head (AGM/GM)   Industry: Electrical/Switchgear Industry   Purpose of the Position-  - Living the Vision & Mission of the organization. Growing business at International level while continuously putting footmarks of company in all parts of world.  Responsibilities:   - Exports Sales & Marketing  - Live the Vision & Mission of the organization  - Identification of the target market internationally and targeting Focus Markets to ensure multifold growth in these target focused markets  - Formation of vital business strategies & implementation of the same through international Sales / MKT team  - Preparation and communication of the International Sales plan  - Monitoring of the plan vs actual business performance and initiation of corrective actions.  - Overall responsibility for products, pricing, profitability  - Identification of new business opportunities and segments for future growth  - Key Account Addition and Management of the Key accounts including Brand labelling and white labelling of our products.  - Ensure the business promotion activities with the help of Marketing team  - Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring the performance of logistics & quality department.  - Ensure the timely booking, billing & collection across international markets  - Appointment & development of Stockiest/channel partners  - Keeping overall tab on competition & fine tuning the business strategies  - Periodic feedback to R&D for future product development  - Compliance to the regulations across international markets  - Audits & compliance  - Visiting key customers internationally Selection & recruitment of right people and their periodic training and review.  - Ensuring team sprit & team motivation  - Budgeting and control of expenses.  - Framing policies and ensuring adherence to these policies  Required/Qualification:   - Electrical Engineering with over 15 years YOE in sales & marketing with 5+ YOE in international Sales with team management.  - Sound working experience with export marketing/international business with electrical products
