- Lead and grow entire Digital marketing Business for The Organization.

- Hire Managers and grow a dedicated sales team in a BPO formats for Lead Generation via heavy cold calling and digital Marketing Initiative. Initial sales team size will be 8-10 members.

- Define and change Pricing for Organization's product and services.

- Develop and oversee long term strategic partnership with International Digital marketing Agencies for out sourced services delivery by pitching the India Cost benefits.

- Define and establish sales compensation and incentive plan for Team.

- Deal with Infrastructure, training, account management and service delivery.

- Manage the complete reporting system (weekly, monthly , quarterly and annual).

- Lead the Thinking for Mobile Platform, eCommerce, Web content and community Development, Consumer research, Marketing and Website Technology.

- US Sales Experience is must
