Head-hunting for INTERNATIONAL - SALES HEAD Role. Job Location: Based at Singapore handling entire Malaysia & Singapore region.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

- Candidate must have working experience in International Markets

- Must have working experience in FMCG Sales (in specific - PERSONAL CARE & HYGIENE Division).

- Education: MBA /PGDM - INTERNATIONAL MARKETING

ROLE OBJECTIVE:

The incumbent will be responsible for :

- Managing all operations within the country including sales and marketing, supply chain, HR, and Finance & Accounts.

- Takes overall responsibility for monitoring and achieving set targets for sales within the country through effective sales, marketing and distribution strategy and a robust pricing strategy.

- Plan & Execute Strategies on business development in untapped markets within the country.

- Driving business in Singapore, responsible for primary & secondary sales, Distribution objective

JOB ROLE:

- Responsible for executing marketing activity and manage trade marketing of the assigned region. This includes understanding target market, retail network and competitors activities, products under care, and customizing, implementing and evaluating trade marketing plans to achieve the commercial objectives through the following two main tasks:

- Trade marketing plan & management in all retail channels

- Sales and distribution planning & monitoring

- Local dedicated resource with proper understanding of territory, take instant decision basis merit, influence business on ground.

- Prepare trade activity plan, sales and distribution plan for responsible region.

- Understanding regulations, licensing, competitive barriers and their impact within the country.

- Assists in developing and implementing a robust pricing strategy to counter the short term and long term effects of fluctuating demand.

- Builds focus on specific customer segments in line with the international sales and marketing strategy

- Strategizes on the various SKU's that will be marked within the region to suit the local market.

- Develops annual, quarterly and monthly sales forecast for the region in line with the business strategy.

- Ensures that legal & statutory norms are adhered to as per local procedures

- Assists in strategizing for new product development for the region.

- Takes overall responsibility for achievement of sales target in the region

- Interacts regularly with the country team to identify & remove any obstacles and sustain a value driven work culture.

- Provides necessary leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through mentoring and identification of best practices to enhance performance.

- Monitor the stock level of Distributor in stock hub. Address all as any key issues at the stockiest network to alert the relating function teams and prevent out of stock situations.

- Coordinate and an integrated approach in handling the Distributors sales team to ensure product sale - in (availability, visibility) in line with planned distribution in order to maximize sale out (off take).

- Ensures timely sales realization by following up with distributors for orders, market visits to resolve high stock/ slow moving inventory issues.

- Supervise development of point sale merchandising materials.
