Head- International Marketing (Innovation/NPD)  We have been retained by one of our MNC Clients to recruit for the following position.   Client : Our client is one of the well-known MNC Brand and one of the market leaders in the areas in which it operates.   Position : Head- International Marketing (Innovation/NPD)  Experience : 7-15 years   Location : Kolkata  Budget : High Compensation as it would fall into 90+ percentile in the FMCG sector (Depending on the skill set and the experience)  Major Responsibilities :  - Drive the Product Innovation across the International market (Inclusive of Gulf Countries, Middle East, South East Asia, Africa, Russia and Canada)  - Lead the company's New Product Development Projects and portfolio decision along with brand mix development including brand definition & proposition, advertising, pricing, packaging, place and promotion for each category & brand.  - Assumes overall responsibility for Brand Mix and Brand Extension for all international geographies.  - Lead a team of 10 members across the mentioned international market for Advertisement Planning, consumer research and consumer insights, NPD, Brand mix etc  - Brand Vision/ Architecture and 12 Q plan development & execution.  - Supervises/ directs all marketing & and branding activities for all brands under the company across all geographical clusters.  - Takes joint responsibility for P&L.  - Ensures effective media evaluation & planning attain maximum ROI by coordinating with key media providers.  - Supervises, coaches and develops team of Brand Managers.  - Ensures that the marketing team is adequately trained in both functional and behavioural aspects
