Head - International HR Business Partner - FMCG (5-15 yrs)
We are looking for International HR BP for FMCG company
- Support international HR as a Business HR partner
- Analyze the business manpower requirements and hire local resources for NCD geographies (Nepal, Bhutan & Srilanka)
- Locally benchmark and design HR guidelines and processes for international teams
- Responsible for managing the overall global mobility function, BAU operations, cross border compliance, risk management, performance and compensation management, international tax and governance
- Overseeing all legal issues pertaining to the expatriate employment, managing the risk on terminations and exits and part of the senior leadership team engaged in group wide RFPs for Global Mobility
- Supervising Manpower forecasting, talent acquisition strategy, planning, recruitment and selection procedures for achieving successful retention
- Devising and implementing coherent HR and performance & benefits management global strategies whilst improving internal processes and procedures within a demanding environment, project deadlines and budgets Conceptualized and implemented need based analysis, gap analysis and solution designing after detailed analysis to enhance the operational efficiency and optimize resource utilization
- Established plan for creating & sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities & motivates high performance amongst team members
