About our Client : Our client is a renowned Indian leader in the telecom sector. They have a diverse portfolio of products and are recognized as pioneers in this industry. They are looking to recruit Head of Internal Audit based out of Delhi NCR.

Job Description : Reporting directly into the Finance Director, you will be responsible for :

- Internal Audit & Process Improvements.

- Business Process Improvement & Reengineering.

- Prepare, review and update risk based internal audit plan.

- Supervise as well as execute internal audit engagements including planning, control evaluations, report drafting, agree, communicate findings, and follow-up and verify issue closure.

- Prepare periodic update for audit committee on summaries of audit findings, status of internal audit, open agreed action, key risks and special projects.

- Manage outsourced audits in an internal audit co-sourcing environment.

- Prepare and manage internal audit budget.

The Successful Candidate :

- A CA / Equivalent international degree with 7-12 years of experience in internal audit role.

- SAP experience is must.

- Should have worked with a process driven company.

- Strong technical, analytical and relationship building acumen.

- Excellent communication skills with experience in dealing with senior level international stake holders.

- Excellent audit report writing skills.

- Proactive approach towards learning.

- Self motivation and ability to operate as an individual contributor.

- A commercial outlook Integrity and honest.
