An enterprise that is listed on the Indian financial markets is now looking at adding to their internal audit function

Description :

The job shall entail the following :

- Take care of the all aspects of audit of the firm in India, which would include the planning phase, execution, report writing & following up on the suggestions and findings leading to the ultimate execution of the same. Scope of audit shall involve financial, risk, process and compliance audit

- KRAs shall include successful implementation of suggested changes & business partnership with the sales / business teams to have an impact on both the top line & the bottom line of the firm. Examples of this might include optimizing costs, process, supply chain etc. This shall also extend to identification & evaluation of opportunities for the organization to grow their business in the country

- This shall also involve travel to the tune of 12-16 weeks a year to other facilities that the organization has in the region

Profile :

The successful applicant will be a Chartered Accountant with between 7 to 15 years of post qualification work experience primarily in the space of Internal Audit. A bulk of your recent work experience shall come as the leader or as a number 2 in the internal audit space with a listed firm in the Indian financial markets. You will have a successful track record of implementing changes that have a significant impact on the top line and the bottom line of the firms that you have worked with. You will also have good communication skills along with excellent business acumen.
