- Support building a strong GIA function, execute group internal audits from planning to final reporting.

- Support Group Internal Audit road map.

- Execute group internal audits in accordance with audit manual.

Description :

Reporting directly to the regional head of audit, you will be responsible for :

Internal Audit Delivery :

- Plans and conducts internal audits in adherence with GIA charter and audit manual

- Obtains relevant and sufficient evidences to substantiate audit conclusions

- Provides insights and supports to management in formulation of effective management action plans

- Coaches team members throughout audit engagements, reviews audit works performed to ensure achievement of audit objectives

- Manages own time and ensures timely delivery of audit outputs

- Collaborates with business and demonstrate service oriented attitude

- Applies appropriate communication style and skills

- Recommend effective and efficient controls for identified weaknesses

- Be curious and applies professional scepticism

Governance, Risk and Control :

- Share and apply technical skills and expertise

Internal Audit Management :

- Understands GIA strategy and seeks continuous self-improvement

- Demonstrates internal audit's value, through continuous deliveries of value-added services

Stakeholders & Relations (Internal & External) :

Alignment: proactively collaborate and strive for solutions which are win-win-win, for the company, for the colleagues and for oneself

Accountability: analytically strong, really care about the success of the business and the people and are ready to go 'the extra mile' to deliver and track results

Action :quickly move ideas to action, complete plans and projects with quality and speed

Profile :

- CA with 7-15 years of audit experience, ideally as an external and/or internal auditor within an international company

- Experienced in executing audits

- Experienced within risk management

- (External and/or Internal) Audit qualification is a prerequisite.

- Fluent in English, both written and verbally
