Job Description :
- Strong business orientation to corroborate strategic requirements with propositions
- A holistic Thought Leader's perspective accounting for all factors and stake holders while also fostering fresh ideas and propositions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with superior analytical orientation
- The ability to work independently and/or as a key member of a high-powered team
- Passion to work in a fast moving environment
- Willingness to travel
Responsibilities include :
- Participation in large bid management through
- Orchestrating effective bid responses
- Understanding the key drivers of the opportunity and recommending innovation in engagement models, pricing models
- Liaising with multiple stakeholders to create a winning proposition
- Anchoring awareness and due diligence workshops
- Develop strategic initiatives to capitalize on current trends and competency with acute focus on Insurance domain
- Effective participation in business strategy formulation
- Work at onshore assessments, workshops, consulting assignments as part of a larger team
- Managing customer visits aligning right proposition and members to make effective presentation and get connected with customer to get more insights for identify and mine relevant business opportunities
