Company: Manufacturers and marketers of species specific, integrated pest management (IPM) products.  Position Title: Head- Institutional Business Development  Location: This position can be based out of Bangalore/ Mumbai/ Delhi  Job Description:  - Responsible for pan India Institutional Business Development (IBD) in India.  - Budgeting IBD activities in terms of manpower, marketing activities, products requirements.   - To identify Institutions, monitoring and liaising with them along with concerned IBD executives for sales and marketing.   - To plan the sales value and volume and projections for present and future requirements of institutional sales.  - To plan and coordinate with production to arrange timely product supply to suffice market demand.   - To plan and coordinate with all IBD members towards achieving the targets planned.  - To plan, ideate and monitor an efficient brand building by using the effective Sales promotional methods.  - To report to the CEO from time to time, to see that every activities and sales are updated.   - To achieve good an effective balance between sales with expenses to keep the profitability of the division always on the higher side.  - To plan and manage the resources efficiently, economically to effect the growth of the company.  - To support the technicalities of the company by efficient learning.   - To select the manpower, appointed as per the company terms and train, monitor and control, develop to ensure the targets fulfilled.  - To coordinate with all the divisions, to maintain a good relationship.  Qualification & Experience:  - B.Sc Agriculture  - MBA Degree holder  - 10 years of relevant experience
