Job Description :

- Ideal candidates will be high caliber, senior professionals with IT leadership experience in lending organizations.

- They should be Engineering/Computer Sciences/Business Studies graduates from premier institutes and must have a minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience. An MCA or MBA would be preferred.

- Experience of managing lending systems and processes

Deep experience with management of vendors in the following areas :

- Hosted application management

- Configuration of cloud solutions

- Infrastructure procurement and maintenance

- Mobile solutions

- Web hosting

- Prior experience in working closely with lending professionals to implement technology-led change management initiatives would be highly desirable.

- Experience in evaluating competing IT solutions and vendors, their selection and management; the ability to make technology choices and take calculated risks, will definitely be required.

- They should be able to contribute to the overall business strategy and build a shared vision for technology deployment across all levels of the organization;
