DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1) End to end management of Compliance portfolio which includes Social security benefits process administration, Compliance management with respect to the statutory norms of State and Central Governments as applicable to scope of operations.

2) Handling employee concerns with respect to any ethical concerns or grievances.

3) Overall Responsible for branch HR Statutory Compliance Score card

4) Liasoning with the Central and State Labour Authorities for effective relationship management and Handling External inspections from the labour department.

5) Representing Organisation before Govt. Authorities on various compliance related issues.

6) Advising business (project) regarding potential compliance issues in the deal. and offering suitable solution to the issue.

7) Handling compliance related activities for Subsidiary companies & auditing them periodically.

8) Managing external Audits like GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) and attending Statutory audits of Clients and any other specific compliance related Audits of the projects.

9) Managing all compliance related issues in Client sites and coordinating with relationship HR to resolve the same.

10) Managing Client Audits with respect to HR and compliance related issues.

11) Coordinating with Insourcing teams and identifying potential compliance risks in those insourcing deals.

12) Participating in the due diligence process of the insourcing deals.

13) As a person responsible for overall Branch Compliance advising Branch HR heads on potential legal & Statutory issues pertaining to the branch

14) Managing Compliance related metrics like Filing periodic returns, periodic updation of statutory registers and other compliance related dash boards

15) Advising Management for organization’s HR Policy framing on compliance related aspect and its impact on the Company

16) Conducting Domestic enquiry whenever any employee misconduct reported or any security related issues reported by the project.

17) Handling Vendor compliance management and 100% implementation of contract Labour Act.

18) Collaborate with the Government agencies, Industry representatives to contribute to the evolution of sound legislative provisions, efficient, and effective practices, procedures of implementing Social Security & other Labour Legislation.
