About our Client - Our client is a global giant in FMCG, with presence across 120 locations over the globe. Currently looking to expand their business in India, they have recently launched 2 new product lines and are now looking for a Head of Indirect Taxation to be based out of their Gurgaon office

Job Description - Reporting into the Head Tax, you will be leading a team of 10 and will be responsible for:

- Tax planning as well as compliance for indirect tax

- Managing litigation matters of the company with regard to excise and customs duty.

- Team management for the corporate tax team as well as those at the plant

The Successful Candidate - You are a CA with 10+ years experience, with hands on exposure across all domains in indirect tax. You are currently working in a MNC and are looking for a leadership opportunity to lead national function of Indirect Tax. You must be well presented, well spoken and have strong knowledge of the Indian Tax laws and regulations.
