The Head of ID AM - Service Center (India) is responsible for providing Governance and Oversight across the Central ID Administration and Service Operations functions. He/She is accountable for implementing the risk and control governance infrastructure that will facilitate appropriate action, building and managing key relationships, managing an effective and efficient team, implementing high-class processes and drawing on best practices both internally and externally
Ideally the candidate should have 15 to 17 years of overall experience and minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in Information and IT Security
- Strong track record of Service Delivery/Operations Management in leadership role.
- Good leadership capability and people management skills, able to work in matrix organization.
- Good understanding of ID Access Management, Service Management, and ITIL.
- Awareness on risk and controls of ID Administration.
- Exposure in handling a team size of 100+ people.
- Graduates with good academic records.
- ITIL V3 Basic certified.
- CISA/CISM/CISSP certification is desired.
- Certified Identity Risk Manager- (CIRM) is preferred.
