Job Summary:  This senior generalist role is required to partner with the leadership team to develop and successfully implement the people agenda required to achieve and exceed the company business objectives. This includes management of the complete HR portfolio across the business in a customer focused, commercial and responsive manner with the energy and enthusiasm that is paramount within the company culture.  This role is required to demonstrate leadership and is an integral part of the APAC Regional HR team, ensuring alignment and common understanding across the APAC region in all aspects of Human Resources.  KRA's  - HR Planning: To strategize and build annual HR Plan aligned to company's annual Strategic Action plan and to ensure that HR activities play vital role in facilitating achievement of business plan.  - Learning and Development: Alignment of SDP with company competencies and roll out of L&D calendar based on the findings and ensuring that L& D initiatives bridges the gaps in critical competencies and further strengthen core competencies to leverage them for competitive advantage. To build strong 2nd line leadership team to ensure leadership continuity plan.  - People Integration and Build a Performance Culture: Ensure effective People Integration with Core Principles & Values of company through effective communication and implementation of integration plan.  - Ensure that thrust is on high achievement orientation through putting specific & precise measurable against each KRAs and the HR department on an ongoing basis to align KRAs based on Balanced Score Card guidelines and review and ensure that measurement takes place on specific periodicity  - Employee Engagement: Design, develop and implement innovative employee engagement initiatives around Q12 of Gallup philosophy.  - Employee Retention: Take suitable measures in terms of career planning & development, to ensure that employee churn is contained within specified limits, especially of all High Performers and High Potential employees and of critical position holders.  - Personnel and Administration Costs: Ensure that Personnel & Administration Costs are optimized within budget and are used in a proper/better way.  - HR Process Effectiveness & statutory compliance: Ensure the effective implementation of HR processes to gain the maximum advantage of people and businesses and comply with all applicable legislations to the establishment.  - Innovative & Best   Reporting to: CEO  Location: Gurgaon
