We have been retained by one of our MNC Clients to recruit for the following position
Client: Our client is one of the well known MNC Brand and one of the market leaders in the areas in which it operates.
Position: Head Human Resources for a 3000 plus people organisation
Location: Mumbai
KRA's:
- Managing day to day HR Functions
- Developing and creating the HR Strategies
- Drive and own aggressive recruitment strategies for over 1000 professional each year to support both the expansion and churn
- Aligning the Business strategy with the HR strategy
- Working with the Board to execute robust HR strategies.
- Ensuring the Execution of the above strategies
