Head - Human Resources - Plant HR - Foods/FMCG - Ex Defence Background (5-9 yrs)
We require a Human Resources Head ( Plant HR ) for a leading Foods organization, based at Sonepat in Haryana. Ex Defence Personnel with 5 to 10 years experience in all aspects of Human Resources will fit the bill.
With a core focus of maximizing customer's delight through value expansion, the organization stands strong as the leading processor and exporters of packaged basmati rice in the country. The company is a dynamic and diversified agribusiness and foods company dealing into varied businesses such as Organic Foods, Grain Storage, Staple Foods and Healthy snacks market.
It has a strong global network in more than 50 countries across the globe in major markets like USA, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Middle East, South Africa, Mauritius and Australia.
The company has a strong nationwide distribution network in the domestic market that sells products such as branded rice, wheat and pulses, healthy snacks, spices and other value-added products like brown flex seeds and cashew nuts.
Key Responsibilities are:
1) 5 to 9 years experience as a HR Generalist
2) Exposure in Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits etc
3) People from Defence background is Mandatory
4) High Intellect & ability to operate in a matrix structure
5) People Management exposure having lead teams
6) The position is based at Sonepat in Haryana
7) People from Foods/FMCG are preferred
