Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership and help develop the HR function in-house

- Manage recruitment, selection and promotion of employees

- Provide and track compensation and benefits of employees

- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders

- Proactively drive positive employee relations across the business

- Assist the business by leading change initiatives that positively impact business results

- Facilitate training and development sessions on critical topics as and when appropriate

- Lead and drive new HR initiatives, like Talent Management and Resource Planning

- Reporting to the Top management of the company

Requirements:
