Head HR  Grey Group, India  Reports to: Chairman & MD  Job Profile:Generalist HR  - The Human Resources function is expected to be a key contributor to the continued growth and success of the business by delivering strategic and operational HR initiatives that drive high performance across functions.   - The key areas of responsibilities include talent acquisition and management, setting up HR policies, systems and processes, employee relations and communications, training and development, change management and performance management.  Key Responsibility Areas:  - Defining the overall HR strategy and executing the overall corporate HR plan for Grey Group, India across all functions  - Partnering the MD, Functional Heads and the Management Team to successfully implement HR initiatives, plan and manage the growth process  - Maintaining an up-to-date manpower plan, detailing employment needs and priorities that are in line with current business plans.  - Designing and implementing - HR Manuals, HR systems & processes, Manpower budgets, HR Dashboards, HR MIS, Reports  - Creating and implementing an effective Performance Management system and conducting appraisals process in accordance with company policy   - Assessing critical training needs and provide training and organizational development to key areas  - Mapping competition activity and ensuring the organization is benchmarked amongst the best with an overall “Best in Class’ place to work culture being established and implemented within the company  - Overseeing an effective career and succession planning process for the company’s senior and middle management  Candidate Profile:  - Over 10 years of HR experience across service sectors  - HR Generalist background with experience in recruiting, training and development, employee relations, performance management and employee communications  - An approachable, hands-on management style and an attention for details.
