Head - Human Resources - KPO (7-10 yrs)

Position: Head -Human Resources bases at Gurgaon with Pulsar Knowledge Centre.

Business Advisory services to clients in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region and India.

Experience: 7-10 years of relevant experience predominantly with reputed organisations in the services sector.

Qualifications: MBA/PG in Human Resources from a reputed institute.

Key Responsibilities:

- The position aims to provide HR services that are commensurate with industry standards.

- Act as internal consultant to management in order to resolve any complex human resources issues, including performance related, employee conflicts and any deviations from code of conduct.

- Work with functional heads in assessing staffing levels in India, Dubai and other client locations - ensure that recruitment needs are met in a timely manner including identifying and empanelling consultants, managing the recruitment process and inducting new joinees.

- Administer and complete the performance management process effectively; based on market surveys/intelligence provide inputs (with rationale) relating to yearly increments and bonus.

- Strengthen and develop the talent pool by identifying and providing need based training

- Suggest means of improving employee engagement including organising staff events, conducting exit interviews with the objective of assessing controllable factors that can help reduce attrition.

- Responsible for budgeting and business planning for HR function including recruitment and training budgets, staff welfare, etc.

- Review and realign HR Policies to factor in changes in business and employee requirements.

- Responsible for developing/maintaining/upgrading HR databases and systems and facilitating organisation-wide initiatives.

- Participate in special projects as and when required.

Reporting to / Supervised by: Chief Operating Officer (COO).
