Job Description:

Job Title: Vice President

Role: Director HR (Head HR)

Unit: CIM 1

Reporting to: Global Head HR

Reporting In: HR Team members

Location: Chennai

Years of experience: 18+ years

Has to manage employee strength of 3000+ people.

Purpose of role:

To develop, lead and manage business HR excellence for the CIM 1 unit

Key Accountabilities:

- To deliver on agreed HR matrix and timely compliances of HR processes

- To support the effective delivery of a higher performing HR services, through the further development of the HR Business Partner model, ensuring that the high standards within the team are developed and maintained

- Acting as an ambassador for the HR Business Partner model

Key Outputs:

- A unit based strategic HR plan with key measurable, in line with overall HR goals of the organization and the business

- To develop, implement and support HR & Development team’s strategic objectives

- To act as a change agent in Managing Organizational Change

Key Competencies:

Knowledge and experience:

- Excellent understanding of HR best practice and ability to apply in a software product organization

- Experience of performance management and working within defined policies and procedures

- Experience of leading on organizational change projects

- Experience of using HR software solutions
