Head - Human Resources - IT (15-22 yrs)
- Plans, develops and implements near-term and long-range human resources plans that are effective in addressing organization issues and consistent with the business goals and operating strategies of the business.
- Provides overall direction and strategy for the people aspect of the business.
- Plans, develops and implements near-term and long-range human resources plans that are effective in addressing organization issues and consistent with the business goals and operating strategies of the business.
- Communicates human resources strategies, initiatives, and processes to stakeholders.
- Understands industry and market and translates strategy into proactive human resources plans to enable successful achievement of business results.
- Ability to influence stake-holders without having control over them - work effectively in a fast paced structure across business lines.
- Should be able to deal with ambiguity and motivate the team to drive initiatives despite uncertainties.
- Ability to work across all levels in the organisation.
- Accountable for Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, succession management, competency development, employee relations, employee engagement, OD interventions, compensation and benefits, HR operations and legal compliances.
- Excellent team leader with the ability to motivate, develop and inspire staff
- Must be articulate, diplomatic, communicator with different levels of the organization
- Must be MBA with 15+ years of experience. IT industry experience is must.
- Should have experience in managing employee strength 2500+ employees and HR team of 20+ members.
