Reporting Relationship To COO
Purpose of the Role - Heading HR for parent company and 2 of its investee companies :
Roles and Responsibilities
- HR process roll-out, regular review of processes, budget preparation, salary processing
- Manage manpower hiring across various locations (company is on a high growth phase where it will increase its presence from 25 locations to 100)
- Plan robust hiring methodologies to hasten onboarding of employees
- Ensure hiring and offer rollouts are in sync with internal parity
- Initiate Induction for new joiners for familiarizing them on business and policies
- Manage end-to-end PMS cycle for employees
- Identify training needs of employees and arrange for the same to be imparted
- Develop - career growth plans- for the - core team- comprising of high performing techies
- Have active interactions with CXO and Business Heads for understanding business and manpower needs etc
Key Competencies
- Good knowledge of HR processes in line with ISO-9001/CMMMI Level 5
- Should have handled end to end PMS cycle
- Good exposure in hiring technical and non-technical resources
- Agile and a go-getter to things in place on war footing
- Team player
- Excellent communication
- Past track record of working in a growing organization.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Qualification MBA / PGDM in HR from a good B - School
Years of Experience Around 15 years of experience
Industry Experience Candidate should have significant past experience in a Cmmi-Level 5
IT/ITES company with employee size of 300+.
