Head - Human Resources - IT (13-18 yrs)
Looking for a Head - HR for an IT client who would be responsible for:
- Communicate and reinforce the Employer Value Proposition through various HR initiatives to be driven across all entities Pan India.
- Design and implement all HR programs such as Orientation, Rewards & Recognition Schemes etc. for all employees.
- Ensure effective cascading of HR policies & practices across the organization-Pan India
- Address all concerns around performance, compensation and benefits and ensure that all employees are aware of the benchmark in the industry
- Conduct engagement surveys and coordinate Focus Group Discussions on a need basis, in order to gauge employee perceptions & opinions
- Manage relationship with Line of business and should have ability to manage interactions.
- This role is primarily responsible for Business HR initiatives for all employees in order to improve performance and build capability and commitment to the organization.
- The candidate must exhibit High interpersonal skills.
