Head - Human Resources - IT

Our client is one of the leading global supplier of technologies for automotive and commercial vehicle markets, looking for Head HR to Develop and implement HR processes, procedures and best practices: working with senior business management and the leadership team.

- Partner with business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, performance assessment, skills assessment and development.

- Review and analyze business metrics including data on retention and employee experience in order to recommend systemic improvements etc.

Looking for candidates with education from Premier Institution and with a minimum of 10 years experience from a MNC company.

Role is based in Bangalore
