About our Client: Our client is one of India's biggest online travel group that has been rapidly growing in India with scales up to 10 times in a span of 3 years. They are one of the largest mobile travel commerce companies in India. With an employee base of over 1000 people, they are experiencing hyper growth, catalyzed by various product innovations. To further scale the organization, they are seeking an entrepreneurial individual to lead their Human Resources and people management. The role is based out of their corporate office in Delhi/NCR.

Job Description: Reporting into the CEO, you will manage a team of over 20 HR employees with a direct reporting of over 5 people. Your main responsibilities shall include:

- Driving the Human Resources organization as a strategic business unit. The position is responsible to make significant contribution in shaping and driving the Organization's strategies and tactics as part of the Leadership team

- Driving teams comprising HR business partners, organization development, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition and performance management.

- Partnering with the business leaders and the leadership team to meet the organization goals

- Driving human resource performance, productivity and executing robust systems and processes to measure the same

- Evolving strategy to acquire, mentor, training and retain top talent across the business

- Creating, evolving and implementing scalable and new-age processes & systems

- Representing the organization at various campus initiatives and driving the employer branding agenda for the organization

The Successful Candidate:

- You must be a Human Resources professional with at least 10 years of experience in organizations with evolved HR processes with exposure in a generalist profile.

- A proven capability of driving high quality talent acquisition strategy, robust organization performance and measurement systems and increasing employee engagement with an analytical data oriented approach is a must.

- Leadership experience and the experience to mentor and build a strong second line of leadership shall be critical in your success Business partnering experience with excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are a must.
