We have an immediate requirement from our leading customer (MNC) looking for Head of HR - Based out of Chennai location.   DETAILED JD :   - Ensure the following HR functions are efficiently performed: recruitment, staff allocation, staff development, staff Engagement, retention.  - Conceive, design, develop and implement organizational development and culture building Initiatives.  - Provide value added HR function to Management to ensure that key people and talents are considered as key success factors within the organization.  - Act as an advisor to line managers/unit heads to facilitate HR process improvement within the organization.  - Provide advice on all matters related to employee relation issues and relevant government regulations.  - Develop and maintain local HR policies and make sure to meet the Group's guidelines.  - Conduct annual remuneration review, analyze salary reports.  - Communicate result and prepare actual payout of performance scorecard bonus.  - Ensure HR staff and reporting systems are fully updated and reflect current status of operation.  - Should work on special projects like HRMS ERP implementation and other contemporary HR project for APAC region from time to time.  - Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skillsProblem solving and conflict management skills.
