HR Head India & ASEAN  We are Antal International, a senior recruitment firm; currently hiring HR Head India & ASEAN; Pune   Job Description:  - With the Management Teams of India and ASEAN, formulate a human resources strategy to ensure an organization capable of delivering.  - The scope of the H.R. strategy would include resource definition and planning, recruitment, training and development and compensation and benefit strategy.  - Lead the implementation of the H.R. strategy through the preparation of policies and procedures and subsequent support and guidance of the management Team.  - Develop, maintain and update when appropriate employee related policies for approval by the Management Team.  - Ensure that the recruitment, training, development and management of the HR   - Manage the site/office administration in India to ensure the efficient and effective   - Lead and coordinate the recruitment of all permanent and temporary manpower in fulfillment of the needs of the business strategy.  - Ensure through a process of close monitoring that the division's employment practices comply strictly with current legislation.  - Manage any legal cases arising from employee or H.R. policy related matters through consultation with the Legal experts.  - Advice the Management Team on strategies and techniques for building an organization that lives the divisions values.  - Ensuring bonus plans and commission schemes are designed in the best way to ensure the objective connection between performance and reward.  - Monitor HR policy compliance and take responsibility for audits  - Provide coaching and advice to local management, as required.
