Guide workforce and succession planning.  - Work with management to administer a robust performance review process and goal setting that ties individual goals with enterprise-wide strategic objectives.  - Facilitate the mentoring and development of teams including training, career laddering, and reward and recognition practices.  Recruiting :   - Develop a strong recruitment brand.  - Manage active searches for high potential candidates, including placements in key markets across India, international searches and collaborations with corporate partners for fellowships, and campus recruitment.  - Structure a consistent on-boarding and orientation experience for new hires, including development of a newly established training center.  Administration :   - Ensure compliance with all legislative/legal local requirements by bringing to bear a robust knowledge of Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), medical insurance, labor laws, etc.  - Create compensation guidelines,Administer payroll processing.  - Manage the day to day administration, including facilities management.  - Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time, within India.  - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
