Someone with experience in an organization which has successfully scaled up in a short period of time is required.   HR Operations: Extremely strong to set up and manage smooth execution of HR systems & processes in a multi brand, multi concept, multi city & multi location environment. The current strength is around 2500 and expected to be scaled up in the near future.   Organization Development: The requirement is to preserve & develop the existing culture and percolate it to the junior most level in the organization. Be the custodian of the Organization's Culture.   Employee Engagement: To create a bunch of initiatives to increase the engagement and motivation levels in a diverse and large team which is 2500 people strong currently.   - In addition to the core role, this position will be a part of the Top Management Team reporting to the Executive Director and will help the organization excel in all aspects of business. The role will also be hands-on, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable in rolling up their sleeves and get their hands dirty.
