HR Head (Global MNC Financial Services Firm)

- Our client is a global knowledge services provider offering research, analytics, and data management services across a wide range of industries and business functions. The company serves Fortune 500 companies and professional services firms across financial services, life sciences & healthcare and manufacturing industries with delivery teams based out of India, US, Asia and Latin America. With their business entering next phase of growth, they are looking at a seasoned HR professional to join their team as HR Head to drive strategic initiatives across business.

- Reporting into Country Head, you will be responsible for the delivery of all HR services to the organization in India and other geographies. You will work closely with the business teams to provide the core HR services to India, e.g. recruitment, compensation, talent management, learning and development and performance management.

- The position will work at a global level and will be responsible to manage the planned growth over the coming years. It is a strategic role with high visibility and impact driving a large HR team working closely with the business leaders bringing the organizational competencies to a higher level.

The Successful Applicant :

- Around 12 to 15 years of experience as an HR professional with experience across talent acquisition and talent management among other functions.

- You should have worked in HR function with a knowledge services firm or financial institution in a leadership role managing talent across niche skillsets.

- Strong Stakeholder Management Experience across global geographies.

- Strong process orientation with very good understanding of financial services operations will be preferred

- Proven track record of success in a similar role working closely with business heads

- Excellent presentation and communication skills
