Head - Human Resources/CPO - FMCG/Healthcare (11-20 yrs)
We have an exciting opportunity with one of our clients in service sector, for the position of Head HR, responsible for Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefit etc.
Required Credentials:
- Ability to lead the organisation with headcount of 2000 employees
- To design and formulate HR strategy basis the business plan of the Sales division.
- Implement talent management agenda and practices for business unit in line with established practices.
- Implement and manage compensation policy and reward & recognition programs effectively, focusing on attracting and retaining talent and rewarding employees based on their contribution to the company.
- Capable of handling talent acquisition at lower grades and higher grades
- Designing robust incentive plan for employees.
