- Handle HR independently ; reporting to CEO directly and dotted line to group HR

- Leadership experience - leading HR teams on challenging initiatives HR Business Partner experience at senior leadership levels.

- Drive conversations at leadership level, provide leadership guidance, coaching etc. on people matters HR Functional Excellence - worked in progressive organizations with robust, best-in-class HR practices.

- Business & Financial acumen as the role carries functional responsibility over the Personnel Cost of the entire business.

- Good presentation, communication and interpersonal relationships ; ability to stand up and deliver

Experience: 14-16 years in well run professional organisations with strong HR with preference for past paced consumer organisation ; should have ability to handle HR independently reporting to CEO

Full time two year MBA from XLRI/TISS/SIBM/SCMHRD/SIM/MDI/XIMB
