The company has a PAN India geographic spread.  Position Name: Head- HR  Location: Mumbai  Reporting To: CEO and Founder  Travel: May be required wherever organization opens up branches or sub branches to set up its HR or appointing its HR team   Principal Responsibilities:   - Framing the entire HR policy of the company  - Setting up HR systems and processes  - Setting KRAs  - Building the HR team in the organization  - Managing HR on day to day basis  - Setting up distant HR – at branches and sub branch levels since organization is into financing  - Thinking through HR strategy and growth as company grows  Avenues for Professional Growth: Significant. There is no HR in the company. Hence potential to lead the entire vertical through the growth journey of the company.  Qualification: Post graduate degree in HR or any relevant HR degree suitable to the opening   Experience: 5- 10 Years of experience.
