Manages and directs all HR Strategic and operational activities for manufacturing, market and supporting functions of India according to organization strategy and in line with HR Manufacturing & BU strategy.

Full management responsibility for all services and activities of the Human Resources Department including staffing, compensation and benefits, employee and industrial relations, training and development, discipline and performance management, organisational development, site facilities, etc.
