This is a role reporting to the CHRO of a reputed telecom company in India.
- The candidate will be responsible for all HR functions including employee engagement, Talent Management, Compensation, Performance Management, Policies and processes.
- The incumbent must be a full time MBA HR from IIM, XLRI, TISS, XISS, MHROD, MDI, IMT or SCMHRD with at least 14 years of experience working in top tier companies.
