Reporting to : CEO

- As Head HR at you will be a part of the senior management team. You will be primarily responsible for attracting, retaining and developing top talent .

- This position will be based out of Bangalore.

Responsibilities:

- Work along with Senior Management for timely escalation / resolution of employee queries / grievances, documenting discussions / decisions / communications to ensure effective employee services and building an awesome work atmosphere

- Talk numbers: Ownership of various HR reports like attrition analysis, department wise headcount & cost analysis, hiring metrics, etc., to update and enable the senior management to take informed decisions

- Learning & Development Design and deploy training infrastructure, interventions and generic/ customized training programs across the company.

- Train, Develop and Mentor You have been part of a tech company or a startup leading HR teams.

- Own Talent Acquisition (TA) Strategize, Plan and Execute new generation hiring processes to attract top talent.

- You are expert in Social Media Hiring, Employer Brand building, and Candidate Experience Management

Qualifications:

- 6 - 10 years of experience in Human Resources with a strong and proven background in setting up HR systems and building organizations.

- MBA HR (2 year full time in HR) from Premier B School is a must.
