We are working for a Head HR- Talent Management Role for a leading organization (Service Industry) based in Chandigarh.   The KRA's for the role are:  - Devise and implement talent planning, management & development initiatives.   - Devise succession plan and talent management plan.  - Facilitate the change initiatives in line with the organizational values and goals.  - Implement actions related to staffing, employee relations and orientation/training/development.  - Jobholder needs to work closely with all team members of HR, Business Affairs and key leadership of the firm to execute talent management practices.  - Major involvement in Talent Management practice.  Experience: 10-15 years.  Budget: 18-20 lacs p.a.
